I look at fitness like a holistic wellness approach. It's not all about the time you spend sweating in the gym, its about the everyday habits, each meal, your mindset and overall... balance. If your journey is not sustainable it won't help you longterm. It's not the muscle that truly matters (but that will come as well), its the improvement of your mental and physical wellbeing overall. I want to aid you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself internally AND externally.
I believe that the best investment is yourself. Physical and mental wellbeing is crucial to the quality of everyday life. I started working out at age 15 because I wasn't confident in my own skin. I fell in love with how fitness made me feel inside & out. Now about 5 years later, I became certified as a personal trainer & glute specialist because of my passion about teaching people how to avoid the mistakes I made, and progress in their self growth journey with fitness as a tool.
